Where do we ship?

Orders can be shipped within Malaysia only (some restrictions may apply).

When will my order be delivered?

The order will ship same day if processed Monday-Friday before 10:30 am. If the order is processed after 10:30 am, the order will ship the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order is estimated to arrive within 1-3 working days for delivery within West Malaysia and 3-5 working days for delivery within East Malaysia.

Can I check the order status or track shipping?

Yes, a tracking number will be updated on your order’s invoice within 48 business hours of your order processing.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

An order cannot be modified once it has been processed. Please contact Customer Experience for any additional shipping questions or concerns.

What shippers are used to deliver my products?

Depending on the delivery location.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. We don't ship to P.O. Box

How much do you charge for shipping?

West Malaysia RM8.50 per invoices with order less than RM1000. Free delivery if order more than RM1000 to one address. East Malaysia RM12.00 per invoices with order less than RM3000. Free delivery if order more than RM3000 to one address.
