The event’s dress code is business casual.
There are parking structures at the hotel as well as valet. We have a discounted daily rate of $16 (self-park) and $22 (valet) with in and out privileges for the day.
You may request a refund up to 30 days BEFORE the event (Tuesday, August 6, 2019).
Yes, once you register and purchase your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a PDF attachment of your ticket. You may print or download the ticket to your smart phone. Please have either your printed or electronic ticket to show at registration to retrieve your badge at the event. Remember to keep your badge for the entirety of the event.
Once you qualify for an incentive reward, you will receive an email that will provide you with instructions to redeem your reward. Please note, you will receive the email after commissions have closed for the month.
Yes, if you need to change your registration information (name or email), use your Eventbrite login to access your ticket and make any necessary changes.
Yes, if you cannot make it to the event and would like someone else to go in your place, simply use your Eventbrite login to access your ticket and make any necessary adjustments. Note that the event ticket must match the attendee name.
No, each ticket MUST match the person who attends. If you are purchasing a ticket for someone, be sure to include their first and last name on the ticket. At registration, you will need a photo ID and ticket to pick up your badge.
The Hilton Anaheim has onsite hotel restaurants and amenities such as the Mix Restaurant, Mix Lounge and Starbucks. They also have a food court with multiple food outlet choices conveniently located in the lobby. Seating areas are available in the lobby and patio decks.
There are several local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. These include the Downtown Disney District and Garden Walk.
Tickets are available exclusively on amare-heart2heart.eventbrite.com. Tickets may be purchased for the Early Bird price until June 30, 2019. Beginning July 1, 2019, the ticket price will increase as the event approaches. Tickets are available on Eventbrite and at the door. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance through our Eventbrite link. Please note all attendees must have a ticket with their name on it to get into this event.
Mothers with nursing babies are allowed; however, no children under the age of 12 will be permitted. If your child is above the age of 12, they will need an individual ticket from Eventbrite.
Yes, we will have a booth where you can purchase and pick-up products.
If you achieve the rank of Bronze and above by July 31, 2019, you will be invited to attend the special day of leadership training and personal development that takes place Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
This is mostly an indoor event. This event will take place inside of the ballroom at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel with some outdoor activities like yoga/meditation.
The Disneyland Resort is within walking distance of the hotel. Please see the front desk for details on discounted tickets, shuttles and more.
John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) is 20 minutes/12 miles from Anaheim; Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 50 minutes/35 miles from Anaheim; Long Beach Airport (LGB) is 30 minutes/18 miles from Anaheim; Ontario International Airport (ONT) is 45 minutes/36 miles from Anaheim.

The abduction of Elizabeth Smart was one of the most followed child abduction cases of our time. At the tender age of 14, just before celebrating her middle school graduation, Elizabeth went to sleep in her family home just as she had always done. Awakened hours later, she was taken from her home and family and held captive for nine long months. Brooke Lark
Brooke Lark hails from a 100-year-old food photography studio located in the heart of Salt Lake City, UT. A professional food photographer and videographer since 2006, her client list includes General Mills, Disney, World Kitchen, International Housewares Association, and more! Brooke is the author of 10+ cookbooks, and her work appears in digital and paper publications around the globe.

Steve Farber
Steve Farber is the president of Extreme Leadership, Inc., and the founder of The Extreme Leadership Institute. A subject-matter expert in business leadership and one of Inc.’s global Top 50 Leadership and Management Experts, Steve is a leadership speaker and a senior-level leadership coach and consultant. He has also written a variety of books in the leadership field, including the Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller, “Greater Than Yourself: The Ultimate Lesson In Leadership.” Steve will be signing his newest book, “Love is Just Damn Good Business,” at this special event!

Trish Henrie-Barrus
Scientific Advisory Board Member, Ph.D.
Trish Henrie-Barrus is a member of Amare’s Scientific Advisory Board and the President and Founder of InteraSolutions, a psychological assessment company. She has extensive experience in assessment administration and development, especially in the areas of opioid and chemical addiction, pain management, depression, anxiety, and wellness. In addition, she is a practicing clinician with specialty areas of integrative medicine, wellness, addiction, anxiety, and depression. As a Positive Psychologist, she believes in focusing on the solution, instead of the problem, strengths instead of weaknesses, and well-being instead of pathology.

Emeran Mayer
Scientific Advisory Board Member, M.D., Ph.D.
Emeran Mayer is a member of Amare’s Scientific Advisory Board and a Gastroenterologist, Neuroscientist and Professor in the Departments of Medicine, Physiology and Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He has been interviewed on National Public Radio, PBS, the Los Angeles Times, Atlantic magazine, Time and Newsweek Magazine and National Geographic Explorer. His book, The Mind Gut Connection, has been published by HarperCollins and has been translated into 14 languages.

Kerry Hughes
Scientific Advisory Board Member, M.Sc.
Kerry Hughes is an Ethnobotanist and Herbalist with more than 20 years of experience in natural product development. She works with natural products from the farm to formulation, and is fascinated with the role plants play in human health. She is a member of Amare’s Scientific Advisory Board and directs EthnoPharm; a consulting business focused on Natural Products. She is dedicated to using her experience and passion for natural products to promote health for people and sustainability for the planet.

Tamara Tifft
Scientific Advisory Board Member, Lac, OMM
Tamara specializes in pain management, gastrointestinal health and mental wellness. She uses acupuncture, moxibustion, nutritional therapy, aromatherapy, cupping, and functional medicine testing to help patients recover from a variety of health conditions. Additionally, she educates her patients in understanding the important health benefits of mindful meditation. Tamara is a member of Amare’s Scientific Advisory Board and intends to educate as many people as possible on how to live their most healthy and joyful life.

Michelle Massa
Mental Wellness Advisory Board Member, M.D.
Michelle Carrillo Massa, is a member of the Amare Mental Wellness Advisory Board, and the owner and Medical Director of Advanced Natural Medicine of Jupiter, Inc. located in South Florida. Her mission is to partner with and equip her patients with the appropriate tools to optimize their health. She offers life-altering solutions by focusing on optimizing gut health, immunity, and by providing nutritional support and supplementation advice to help balance biological dysfunctions.

Andrea Armstrong
Mental Wellness Advisory Board Member, D.C.
Andrea Armstrong is a member of the Amare Mental Wellness Advisory Board and a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She has completed further training in pediatric care and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Andrea has run a successful practice for the last nine years in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has always had a passion for helping her patients reach optimal health through chiropractic care and nutrition.

Kimberly Sadegi
Mental Wellness Advisory Board Member
Kimberly Sadegi is a member of the Amare Mental Wellness Advisory Board, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a national, Board Certified mental health counselor. She has a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, bereavement, women’s issues, understanding the subconscious mind, and the development of human potential (including the development of emotional intelligence).

Markham McHenry
Mental Wellness Advisory Board Member, M.D.
Markham McHenry takes the time to develop a collaborative relationship with his patients, addressing root cause issues over symptoms, and bridging the gap between traditional medicine and functional medicine. As a third-generation physician, he has a deep-rooted compassion for helping people. Markham, along with medical students from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, founded the H.O.M.E. project, Homeless Outreach through Medical Education, in 1998, and the program is still thriving.

Hiep is the founder and visionary of Amare. He finds great meaning in coaching, mentoring, and empowering people to succeed. This passion for seeing others succeed is one of the primary reasons Hiep launched Amare — to empower others on a much larger scale than he ever could before. Rich Higbee

As Amare’s Chief Science Officer, Dr. Shawn Talbott is responsible for all aspects of the development of new product formulations and specifications, as well as clinical and experimental research, product claims substantiation, and technical support. His 20+ years of experience developing nutritional products has led to him finding his true passion at Amare — using his skills and experience to help people feel better through improved mental wellness and psychological vigor.

Mike Brown
Chief Marketing Officer and Founding Executive
Mike is passionate about creating marketing content that emotionally connects with people. As Chief Marketing Officer at Amare, he is responsible for the look and feel of all marketing collateral, educational materials and branded items. Mike also oversees messaging of the Amare brand through social media and public relations. He is committed to building the company culture by ensuring that Amare’s core values, mission, and vision permeate through all marketing materials.

Mark Nguyen
Chief Technology Officer and Founding Executive
Mark is responsible for leading the development of all technology systems including back office systems and website programming. His ability to listen to what is most important fuels his servant leadership mentality. This leads to the implementation of powerful technological systems that make life easier and more efficient for Amare’s Customers and Wellness Partners. Mark is passionate about user experience and creating intuitive user interfaces that clear roadblocks and empower action.
