Katy is an energetic and skilled executive who brings a wealth of experience in both the high-tech and direct sales industries. She was most recently the CEO of a global health and wellness direct selling company and was previously the President over North America at a billion-dollar Top 15 direct selling company.
Katy’s impressive track record is based on a wealth of business experience as well as her unique ability to listen and balance the specific needs of a variety of field and corporate demands. Katy shares, “My strong commitment to listening intently and aligning vision with the demand of the market allows me to lead teams and ignite passion to generate success.”
With a Master’s in Organizational Behavior, she has led the development and execution of global business strategy, corporate culture, and global field development. Katy has demonstrated an ability to inspire the field, increase distributor and customer recruitment and retention, and establish a culture that not only lasts, but flourishes. Her commitment has only grown through the years as she has experienced firsthand how the direct selling industry can change lives.
Katy began her journey in direct sales in 1994 when she and her husband became distributors and fell in love with the industry. She is passionate about fostering people’s dreams and providing others with opportunities to live healthy and fulfilled lives.
Family is at the center of Katy’s life. She has been married to her husband, Derek, for 30 years and has two children, Palmer and Meredith. She loves hiking, rock climbing, traveling, exploring different cultures, eating great food, and spending free time with family and friends.
